Dave Troy, CEO of Mailstrom-makers 410 Labs, was given a Circle of Excellence Award in the serial entrepreneurship category by SmartCEO magazine on Oct. 11. Also nominated in the serial entrepreneurship category was Ron Schmelzer, TechBreakfast organizer and CEO of Bizelo, a company that makes apps for small businesses.

Baltimore-based Bizelo is a suite of apps for small businesses that either has Intuit going back to the drawing board or forcing them to do so very soon. Founded in 2010, this company is already profitable and aims to be a game changer for small businesses.
