This was an intrepid move for Giffin, who left the comforts of directing eCommerce for the nation’s largest privately held staffing company.”
Sylvan Learning is expanding in Sacramento, Calif., as part of its massive growth plan [Sacramento Business Journal]: “That’s a significant increase for the Baltimore-based company, which has just two locations in that area.
