City of Baltimore launches real-time map of 311 calls [MAP]

Interested in viewing 311 service requests the City of Baltimore receives as they happen?
The Mayor’s Office of Information Technology has “soft-launched” a map displaying 311 service calls in real-time.

It’s just an early version of the map. City CTO Chris Tonjes said, “This is a work in progress and some things are a bit buggy.”
