Retro Baltimore: photos of ‘Old Baltimore’ from the Baltimore Sun

A new Tumblr blog from the Baltimore Sun highlights historical (and historic) photos of events and people, all through the lenses of former Sun photographers.

A new Tumblr blog from the Baltimore Sun highlights historical (and historic) photos of events and people, all through the lenses of former Sun photographers.
Retro Baltimore is the place for these photos. On Monday, visitors saw a photo of Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. during his motorcade tour through the city in October 1964, which is pictured above.
The blog also features old front pages from the Baltimore Sun archives, as well as a post featuring photos representing “quintessential Old Baltimore.”
