The WWW recently turned 37.

Back in March 1989, Tim Berners-Lee pitched what would become the World Wide Web. There was no fanfare. It was a simple proposal to better connect information across computers, but, in hindsight, it was one of the most important ideas ever put on paper.

It’s a good reminder that sometimes a seemingly small, practical improvement can change everything.
