Mark your calendars. We want to meet you!
Technical.ly will be at AI & Robotics Discovery Day on Wednesday, Sept. 16 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. Come find us at Booth 220, right at the front of the Robotics Zone.
Now in its fifth year, Discovery Day showcases the region’s strengths in AI, robotics, advanced manufacturing and workforce development. New this year, the event has added a defense zone to highlight Pittsburgh’s growing dual-use defense tech space.
It’s a big opportunity. Last year’s daylong showcase drew an estimated 10,000 attendees, and this year will bring together more than 250 exhibitors. You can expect to run into startup founders, technologists and even a few robots showing off their skills.
Leaders from NVIDIA, Uber, Honda and a long list of Pennsylvania-based startups are expected to speak at the event. Talks range from the history of humanoid robotics to the future of physical AI and go-to-market strategies for robotics companies.
The event is also a chance to meet our team face to face. Got a story you think we should cover? Curious how or why we covered a certain topic? We’d love to chat about all those things, and more, with you.
Stop by Booth 202 to meet Technical.ly’s Pittsburgh reporter (me!) and others from our editorial team.
If you can’t make it, don’t worry. There are other ways to connect with our newsroom. You can email story tips to [email protected], subscribe to our weekly newsletters and join our free Slack channel.
