On the heels of The Webby Awards‘ call for entries opening last week, the team behind the “Internet’s highest honor” hit the road for the second annual Webby Talks World Tour.

Making our first stops stateside, we caught up with Philly digital creatives and past Webby Honorees Bluecadet and Happy Cog to share Webby Talks: a presentation that highlights our insights on current Web trends like mobile commerce technology and Big Data. Given its implicit tie with privacy, Big Data is a particularly hot-button topic that should resonate with everyone in both their personal and professional lives.

Webby Talks will be touring the globe through January 2013. Follow us on our journey at http://webbytalks.com.

Be sure to enter your digital work for this year’s Webbys (early entry deadline is Oct. 26, 2012) at http://webbyawards.com

Companies: Bluecadet / Happy Cog
