This is the first in a new regular series highlighting the technology, creative and innovation Kickstarter campaigns in Baltimore that might be worth your support.
Fledging game development company Tribitech LLC first showed off its iOS video game Tribal Hunger during Gamescape in July.
But the version of Tribal Hunger that Tribitech co-founders Brandon Eddy and Justin Livi had on display at Gamescape was just the prototype. The two Maryland Institute College of Art students need to raise $10,000 to complete the beta version of their iOS game, in which players control one of four tribal gods defending their homelands from conquering hordes of bomb-wielding Vikings.

According to Eddy and Livi’s Kickstarter page, Tribal Hunger should “be completed in December with a full launch in early Summer of 2013. Backers who pledge for the BETA will receive the game prior to the official launch.”
