Who’s Getting Funded?

Adylitica, a Dumbo-based efficiency management software startup, raised a $125,000 round, according to an SEC filing.

CommonBond, a startup that raises tuition support through college alumni networks, has raised a $100 million round, as we’ve reported. See the most recent limited SEC filing, which only highlights $3.1 million here.

Mediant Communications, a Greenpoint-based shareholder communications technology firm, raised a $3.4 million equity round, according to an SEC filing. They previously raised nearly $24 million in January.

Park Slope apartment hunting startup Naked Apartments secured $103,411 in Series B funding, according to an SEC filing. Naked Apartments started in 2008.
