‘Machines Love Humans’: stealth mode startup raises $50k [Roundup]

W EAR is three days from the end of its Kickstarter. We introduced one of its cofounders, Michelle Temple, who works from Crown Heights. It has raised 86 percent of its goal but still needs a few thousand more to successfully fund the project. Support W EAR’s directional personal microphone here.

Homer Learning raised $889,999 on an offered $2 million in equity, according to an SEC Filing. The downtown based company launched its literacy learning app for children aged 3-6 in August. This is its second equity round.

Stealth mode startup Machines Love Humans raised $50,000 in a convertible promissory note according to an SEC Filing. One of its founders, Mauricio Giraldo, is an expert in human computer interaction.
