Homer Learning raised $889,999 on an offered $2 million in equity, according to an SEC Filing. The downtown based company launched its literacy learning app for children aged 3-6 in August. This is its second equity round.
Stealth mode startup Machines Love Humans raised $50,000 in a convertible promissory note according to an SEC Filing. One of its founders, Mauricio Giraldo, is an expert in human computer interaction.
