It’s 2017, do you really not have your own podcast yet?
Well, you can fix that now thanks to a pitch competition from the Dumbo-based Made in NY Media Center.
“Five amazing amateur/independent podcasters will be selected by the Media Center to pitch their podcasts to a live theater audience during our Podcast Pitch Night on Thursday, November 30,” according to the center.
The winner will receive three months of free studio time at the Made in NY Media Center, as well as free classes and programs to help them along their way.
This is for new, DIY podcasts only! If you have more than a season already under your belt, you’re doing fine as is.
The deadline is fast approaching (Nov. 12) so get those applications in and work on your pitch.
