Eight finalists of a total 168 have been selected in the Pitch Across Maryland competition for in-state startups.
Each of the finalists will present their pitches once more at Tuesday’s Entrepreneur Expo (put on by TEDCO) to conference attendees and a separate panel of investors and entrepreneurial experts, which will choose the Pitch Across Maryland winner and runner-up.

The eight finalists are:

  1. Woofound
  2. Unbound Concepts
  3. Imagine IPD
  4. CoFounders Lab
  5. Koolspan
  6. Samegrain
  7. SynAm Vaccine
  8. Autonomy Engine

In addition, the online “Fan Favorite” competition concludes Nov. 12. People casted view-votes for their favorite startups by watching startups’ pitch videos on YouTube. The startup with the most votes as of 10 a.m. on Nov. 12 is invited to present its pitch at the Maryland Entrepreneur Awards Gala on Nov. 14.
