For two weeks in September, the Pitch Across Maryland bus toured the state, and 168 startup founders boarded the bus to record pitches of their companies.
Now all 168 pitch videos are available to watch, and viewers are encouraged to vote for their favorite startup. The startup that receives the most votes prior to Dec. 31 will receive a mystery prize, according to a Startup Maryland press release.

A panel of investors and veteran entrepreneurs will watch all the video and select a group of eight finalists, who will present their startups at the Entrepreneur Expo on Nov. 13. A winner and runner-up will be chosen among the eight finalists.
“These videos are a testament to the strength, dedication and diversity of Maryland’s entrepreneurial community,” said Startup Maryland co-chair Mike Binko in a press release. “When we launched the Pitch Across Maryland tour we thought we might have 40 to 50 entrepreneurs join us on the Tour Bus and pitch, so 168 is phenomenal. Including all the rallies and events we held more than 200 startups actually participated in the tour.”
