Open Angel Forum is back for its fourth run in Philly.

Organized by angel investors Gabriel Weinberg of search engine DuckDuckGo and Antonio Tedesco, Open Angel Forum allows startups to pitch in front of a room full of angel investors and doesn’t charge the startups anything for the opportunity to do so. The event will be held on Oct. 16 at First Round Capital’s new University City headquarters.

Apply here by midnight on Sept. 21.

The event announcement comes shortly after Weinberg announced on his blog that he would be focusing his angel investments locally.
