“Everything I ever learned I learned in a GitHub repository,” as the old saying goes.
With that sage wisdom in mind, no doubt, NYU prof and game designer Allison Parrish released a bunch of tutorials over the weekend in subjects including Python, CSVs and more coding and data subjects.
The release has been met with thanks online and has been widely shared.

Parrish’s work focuses on “the unusual phenomena that blossom when language and computers meet.” She is also one of the team that designed the game Rewordable, which went through the 2016 NYU Game Center cohort, and is now being sold in wide release.
Her presentations and tutorials look cool. If you’re trying to pick up some skills on the cheap, these might be a good resource for you.
