Last call to nominate your friends, foes, mentors and bosses for the Technical.ly Brooklyn Awards

Each winter we gather together some of the brightest lights in the Brooklyn tech world to let ’em know they done good this year, and more importantly, that their peers think so as well.

It’s the Technical.ly Brooklyn Awards and the last day to nominate someone is Monday, Oct. 30. We just wanna give you a friendly heads up. (And oh yeah, the award ceremony is the night of Tuesday, Dec. 5 at WeWork Dumbo Heights. RSVP here.)

We’ve had several winners in previous years go on to find some great success, including:

• Last year’s civic-tech startup of the year Propel, which went on to raise $4 million, including from the NBA’s Kevin Durant
• Mobile product of the year Croissant, which is now getting written up in GQ and the NYT
• Makerspace of the year Genspace, which was awarded a $700,000 grant and upgraded to some new digs down in Industry City
