June starts Friday and with it comes a whole host of hackathons to keep you busy this weekend.

This week: hear technology panel broadcast live, hack apps for health or social good — not that they are mutually exclusive.

WURD Technology Panel: Hear a panel of local technology leaders record a live broadcast on technology, business and the digital divide for WURD, which says it is the only black owned radio station in the state of Pennsylvania. Wednesday, 8:30am-11:00am. 1341 N. Delaware Avenue Suite 300, Fishtown. Free.

Philadelphia Startup Weekend Health: Health professionals and hackers will come together for a 54-hour frenzy of idea pitching and app development to address the challenges facing the healthcare industry. Friday 6:00pm-Sunday 9:00pm. 417 N. 8th Street, Venturef0rth, Callowhill. $20-$90. RSVP.

Random Hacks of Kindness: Spend the weekend with a crew of developers and policy types hacking apps that address major national and global challenges, including disaster relief and climate change. Saturday, 8:00am-Sunday, 6:00pm. Drexel University, University City. Free. RSVP.
