Evolve IP acquires Chicago-based communications provider IPiphany

Evolve IP, the Wayne, Pa.-based cloud services provider, recently acquired IPiphany, a communications provider headquartered just outside of Chicago, according to a release. COO Gary Fardone says the acquisition will expand Evolve IP‘s consumer base to the Midwest. The company recently opened a 10,000 sq.ft. incubator in its headquarters.
