Startup Weekend hits Baltimore again this weekend, as part of Baltimore Innovation Week. (And in battle with its Philly counterpart.)
Seeing it looming reminded us that last spring, film production company Shine On Storytelling put together a great documentary short called “The Entrepreneurial Spirit,” set at the first Baltimore Startup Weekend (where Parking Panda won and launched).
Sponsored by Millennial Media, if you haven’t seen it yet — or if you haven’t in a while — it’s worth the 15 minutes, if only to get a sense of what cramming the launch of a business idea into a weekend can be like.

“Every company is a startup, at some point it started up,” said Alexa Baggio in the piece. The doc follows a handful of Startup Weekend participants.
