Etsy shares will be available for purchase on April 16, according to Equities.com, which estimates a $250 million fundraise at a $1.67 billion market capitalization (the value of all the shares combined). The shares will list on the NASDAQ stock exchange.
According to a story in the Wall Street Journal (that’s behind a pay wall, so we’ll link you to Fortune), Etsy is saying on its road show that it will limit retail investors to $2,500 worth of stock, so more people can get in on the initial IPO. Fortune also reports that the sale is expected to start next week.
