Brooklyn tech enthusiasts interested in browsing gadgets in an independent shop are going to have to look further afield. Yesterday was the last day of Dijital Fix at its Williamsburg mini mall location, on Bedford Ave. The story carried all kinds of intriguing gadgets, unified by innovation and beautiful design.
According to Free Williamsburg, the landlords nearly tripled the rent and the owners — who have expanded to San Francisco since opening in Brooklyn — said no way. They are looking for a new place, but nothing is settled.
