It might look like an old school brick and mortar bank branch, but Conestoga Bank‘s new office in Center City is driven by recent changes in banking technology, they boast.
Inside Bankwerx, the new branch at 16th and Walnut Streets, you can use a “personal teller machine,” an ATM that also lets you speak to Conestoga Bank staff. It also offers free Wi-Fi, free phone charging stations and a “demo bar,” for customers to try out mobile banking features.
There’s only one Bankwerx in Philly but Conestoga Bank plans to open another one in Wayne this spring, said Ron Bernas, Conestoga’s VP of Digital Marketing.
