The event, which boasts “angel investors, venture capitalists, strategic investors, entrepreneurs, business and community leaders, government officials, members of the media, students, professors” and startups as its attendees, is a two-day pitch competition where companies from across the world will try to sell their startup companies to a panel of judges in the space of 60 seconds. Assuming a startup makes it through this “speed round,” companies are then afforded an additional two minutes to state their case.
