Wilmington’s Squatch uses quadcopter drone to get aerial footage

Wilmington-based design firm Squatch Creative recently invested $2,000 in a drone outfitted with camera equipment to get unique footage for its Web, print and video design projects.
Technical.ly Delaware profiled the company last week.
Squatch’s recent drone work for Major League Soccer’s Philadelphia Union was highlighted by The News Journal this week:

The small white drone zoomed across the stadium’s manicured field and got shots that would have cost thousands of dollars and needed a crane only a few years ago.
“Clients love it. Everyone wants to fly, right? It breathes new life into things that they already have ownership of,” says Marcus Price, Squatch’s creative director.
