The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business has got a fresh new look for its entrepreneurship offerings and a new blog to boot. What was once Wharton Entrepreneurial Programs is now Wharton Entrepreneurship.

The rebranding is an effort to unify all the school’s entrepreneurship programs, according to a blog post. Earlier this year, in a more symbolic move, Drexel University’s Baiada Center business incubator also changed its name.
On the new blog, you’ll find startup advice and recollections from Wharton alumni, including a lookback on last year’s Wharton Business Plan Competition winner Stylitics, which we featured earlier this summer, and a primer on how to fund your company “via the Wharton network.”
Wharton Entrepreneurship is also growing.
With seven faculty members, Wharton’s Entrepreneurship department now has the largest teaching staff it’s ever had, it reported in its annual review last week. The program has also seen an uptick in applications to its various programs: the Venture Initiation Program, the first competitive phase of its Business Plan Competition and the Wharton Venture Award.
