WeWork is expanding its Tysons, Va., location by 61, 000 sq. ft.

The Lerner Enterprises office building located at 1775 Tysons Blvd is now completely occupied, after WeWork inked a deal with the landlord to add space to the building’s 11th and 12th floors, the Washington Business Journal first reported. This expansion brings WeWork’s location here to 154,025 sq. ft.

“The WeWork expansion is the latest example of the many industry-leading companies that have thrived in Tysons II over the years,” Lerner Enterprises’ Principal Mark Lerner said in a statement.

Tysons II is a commercial center that includes the Tysons Galleria, luxury retail, restaurants, a Ritz Carlton Hotel and more. With occupying 3. 5 million sq. ft. of space at Tysons II, the Rockville, Md.-based company said it plans to add more mixed-use developments within it.

The Lerner Enterprises building is only three years old, and WeWork first moved into the 17-story office in 2016, making this location its first in Fairfax County. Some of the building’s amenities include a health club, a WiFi social lounge and an elevated terrace, WBJ reported. Another notable building tenant is IT company DXC Technology, which recently inked a deal with BMW to support the automobile producer’s driverless car development.

This WeWork expansion in Tysons comes after the company signed a deal in May to lease three floors of space at Property Group Partners’ Capitol Crossing location at 200 Massachusetts Avenue, NW. WeWork also recently announced plans to open up a fifth Philly location.
