Transcend United Technologies, a IT firm headquartered in Wayne, Pa., was acquired by IT giant AGC Networks for an undisclosed amount.

Transcend United Technologies, an IT firm headquartered in Wayne, Pa., was acquired by AGC Networks for an undisclosed amount, according to a press release.

Transcend United Technologies has offices in 13 states and was named one of Inc.’s 500 fastest growing companies in 2012. Its 130 employees will continue to work in Transcend’s offices across the country. The company focused on unified communications and data centers.

Based in Las Colinas, Tex., AGC Networks is the American unit of a global technology provider with more than 1,300 employees around the world.
