Tracy L. Turner, who last ran programs at the Maryland Center for Entrepreneurship (MCE) incubator, is now the director of the Howard County-based membership organization.
Turner will continue to develop programs for MCE, which is based in Columbia. Turner joined in 2013, and previously served as director of the Carroll Technology Council.
Turner steps in following the departure of Patrick Wynn, who left to take a VP position at STEM education platform LifeJourney.
A similar local organization, the Chesapeake Regional Tech Council, also recently filled a leadership departure. The CRTC announced the appointment of new interim executive director John Elstner just yesterday.
