In Baltimore, education technology is a rapidly expanding field for startups, as Technically Baltimore has reported.
Now TowsonGlobal Business Incubator is getting in on the action thanks in part to the efforts of interim director Frank Bonsal III, who “taught in middle and high schools for many years before moving into a career as a venture capitalist,” according to a Towson University press release.
From the release:

Since joining the team, Bonsal has helped bring two EdTech start-ups to TowsonGlobal: Common Curriculum and Immersive 3D. He is in discussion with other companies about joining the incubator and will continue to pursue businesses that share the organization’s vision.
