Maker and Google Glass Explorer Todd Blatt is raising money on Kickstarter to support his GlassKap project: a 3D-printed nylon attachment for Google Glass that covers the Glass lens alerting people that Glass users are not recording them. (Read more in our Crowdfunding of the Week feature.)
Blatt got a shout-out on Engadget for the project.
One commenter, however, wasn’t impressed, imploring Blatt in all the literary ebullience of hashtag-insult to “#dontquityourdayjobToddBlatt (or it seems like you *need* a day job).” Wicked BURN.
We can’t comment on Blatt’s ability to feed himself adequately by using American legal tender to buy food, but we do know he sells his 3D-printed creations through his business Custom 3D Stuff.
