Center City marketing agency Neiman came away with nine awards at the Higher Education Marketing Awards, including “Best of Show,” for its crowdsourced “Temple Made” campaign, according to a Neiman release. Neiman beat out more than 3,000 entries.
The campaign for Temple University encouraged students, faculty, staff and alumni to tweet and Instagram using the hashtag #TempleMade and then aggregated the contributions to show the school through community members’ eyes.

Two other Philly universities won “Best of Show” at the Higher Education Marketing Awards: St. Joseph’s University and Philadelphia University, though neither of the marketing agencies that did those campaigns were local. Find the list of “Best of Show” winners here.
