Personality match-making service Traitify (formerly known as Woofound) raised $4,086,450 in equity, according to an SEC filing. The equity sale was part of a $5.5 million offering. The Kresson startup moved to Baltimore last year as a condition of a $200,000 investment by the Propel Baltimore Fund.
Gravidi, the Hunt Valley-based makers of a video content management system, sold $88,235 in equity as part of a $300,000 offering, according to an SEC filing.

Clarification: Though Traitify's filing was made under the Woofound name, the company is now known as Traitify, according to a company rep.
