Furniture is the focus of this Made in Baltimore pop-up shop

The furniture showroom will be inside Second Chance for the next few months.

The Industrial Arts Collective is back with another pop-up hawking local makers’ wares.
The Made in Baltimore furniture showroom is set to open this weekend within Southwest Baltimore staple Second Chance.
The pop-up will show off pieces from eight local furniture makers. Shoppers won’t be able to buy on-site, but they’ll have contact info.
Shops on display include: Cedar&CottonGoodwood DesignLa LoupeMetis CollectiveMonkey in the MetalSurface ProjectZimmerman Woodworks and Joshua David Crown Studios.
A kickoff party is planned from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, May 13. Until the end of July, the furniture will be accessible during normal Second Chance business hours.
Made in Baltimore had a pop-up department store in Station North and looked to give holiday shopping a makery twist.
