Philly investor Sashi Reddi leads $1.5M round in Indian company Hello Curry

About half of Reddi's investments are in early-stage companies based in India.

Investor Sashi Reddi just led a $1.5 million round for Hyderabad, India-based delivery service Hello Curry.
Reddi, through his firm SRI Capital, invested $1.2 million, following up on a $500,000 investment he made in the company 18 months ago.
About half of his investments are in India-based companies, he told us.
Recently, with Richard Vague’s Gabriel Investments, he invested in eureQa, a Hyderabad-based startup with founders based in Cherry Hill, N.J. Reddi joined the board.
