Safeguard Scientifics invests $5.4M in NYC adtech company Sonobi

Safeguard Scientifics has invested $5.4 million in a Series A for NYC adtech company Sonobi, according to a release.
The total Series A was $10.4 million.
The Wayne, Pa.-based Safeguard owns a 23 percent stake in the company (that’s primary ownership including things like stocks and bonds — Safeguard did not disclose its diluted ownership), said Safeguard spokeswoman Heather Hunter.
Safeguard’s Mark Mitchell joined Sonobi’s board.
