Canton-based food delivery startup OrderUp will add 40 staffers following its $7 million round of Series A funding, the Baltimore Business Journal reports. Steve Case’s Revolution Ventures and LivingSocial cofounder Tim O’Shaughnessy led the fundraising.
AOL’s Advertising.com is moving from Tide Point to Natty Boh Tower in Brewers Hill, as Technical.ly Baltimore first reported. The move will be complete by next spring.
Texas-based Asure Software acquired Bolton Hill space management software maker Roomtag, Asure officials announced earlier this month.

Fifty-seven Greater Baltimore companies made Inc. Magazine’s list of the 5,000 fastest-growing companies in the U.S., the Baltimore Business Journal reports. Top among Baltimore-area companies was Windsor Mill-based Securityhunter, which ranked 123rd.
