Popular Mechanics dubs Philadelphia a “Startup City.”

David Bookspan has watched Philadelphia’s tech scene bloom.

“When we started six years ago, the startup scene was a scene, but it wasn’t a thing,” said the DreamIt Ventures founder. “Now, the startup community is a very definite thing.”
