Jim Lewis is a forensic pathologist. He examines corpses to determine causes of death. But earlier this month, he found himself in front of a panel of high-profile investors, or “sharks,” as they’re called, pitching his invention on ABC’s “Shark Tank.”
Lewis, of Exton, Pa., developed a product that fixes holes of any size in your wall, as Newsworks and the Daily News reported. The “sharks” wanted in: four out of the five investors made offers, and Lewis settled on $150,000 from tech investor Robert Herjavec.
Lewis auditioned for show at the regional auditions held last May at NextFab Studio, where 700 hopefuls vied to get on the show.
