In 2012, Dolev Rafaeli, CEO of publicly-traded Montgomeryville-based skin care company PhotoMedEx, made $28,284,884. Comcast CEO Brian Roberts (above) and Verizon Communications CEO Lowell C. McAdam also made the list, among several other pharma CEOs.
