Bethesda, Md.-based real estate tech startup Homesnap is looking for an email marketing manager to join its team. This person will join the digital marketing team and use a platform to develop and implement Homesnap’s email, mobile, content, and social media strategies. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience, as well as experience in onboarding a marketing automation platform like Marketo.

Alley is hiring a community associate.

Alley DC Powered by Verizon is looking for a part-time community associate who will be the “face” of the downtown coworking space and the first point of contact for community members and guests. Candidates should expect to work 15-20 hours a week and possess experience in the customer service or hospitality industry with strong verbal and written communication skills. Work schedule is flexible and may include days, nights and weekend shifts.

Goodshuffle is looking for a full stack developer.

D.C.-based Goodshuffle, a company that operates an online marketplace for party rental supplies and builds tech for the event industry, is looking to add a mid-to-senior level full stack developer to its team. Candidates should know how to work with Java, Grails, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch , Angular and Spring Framework. This member to the team would be working directly with the CTO.

WhyHotel is hiring for multiple positions.

The D.C. area alternative lodging service is hiring in multiple departments after announcing a $10 million funding round in December. WhyHotel has more than 10 job openings in Arlington, Va., and D.C across various departments including finance, business development and sales, operations and more.

TransitScreen is hiring for four positions.

TransitScreen is hiring in D.C. for four positions in sales, tech and business development. All positions will be based out of D.C. One of the positions is a senior front end engineer requiring more than three years of experience building rich web applications with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Another opening is for a sales development representative that will report to the company’s director of marketing and will coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to help achieve the company’s goals.
