OpGen Inc., based in Gaithersburg, Md., has raised $3.9 million in debt, according to SEC filings. The biotech company provides “whole genome mapping services.”

The University of Maryland, Baltimore County, has launched a 30-credit master’s program in health IT that “costs $530 per credit for Maryland residents.”
Design agency Fastspot is moving its office from the city’s Butchers Hill neighborhood to a new 4,000-square-foot space inside Mill No. 1 in the Jones Falls Area of the city, according to the Baltimore Business Journal.
