The annual Milken-Penn GSE Education Business Plan Competition, run by Penn’s Graduate School of Education, is now accepting applications. First place wins $25,000 and second place wins $15,000.

Autism Expressed, the startup focused on teaching digital literacy to autistic students, won first prize last year.
