Mark Hylton is taking over Visit Philly‘s Instagram account until Friday.
The Instagrammer @mgeez27 will be snapping photos to celebrate Black History Month, as part of Visit Philly’s Guest Instagram program. The program started in April 2013. Hylton will be the 27th guest photographer, said Visit Philly spokeswoman Jenea Robinson.
