Alteva shares dive; mum at quarterly conference call [Times-Herald Record] “Shares of Alteva plummeted more than 10 percent Tuesday morning, minutes after the company ended its quarterly conference call. Alteva, formerly Warwick Valley Telephone Co., did not allow investors to ask questions at the end of the call, scheduled at the end of a tumultuous couple of weeks for the company. On Monday, Alteva dropped a bomb, firing CEO David Cuthbert and Chief Operating Officer Jay Conn as part of an organizational restructuring. Friday, it released year-end results and said it would receive more than $50 million by selling its stake in a wireless partnership.”
