How this NE Philly dentist helps other dentists with bad Yelp reviews

The software gets feedback from patients before they leave the office, and if a patient leaves a negative review, the dentist is alerted via text so the problem can be addressed.

Leonard Tau is a dentist in Northeast Philadelphia who helps other dentists clean up their online identity.

Tau, 40, runs iSocialReviews, a company that sells software to help small businesses with their online reviews. He travels nearly every weekend for speaking engagements about the topic and consulting gigs. The software, which costs $347/month, is used by nearly 100 dentists, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

The software gets feedback from patients before they leave the office, and if a patient leaves a negative review, the dentist is alerted via text so the problem can be addressed. It also crawls other review sites to see which ones need a positive review more.
