Because we all need to unplug and enjoy the arts sometimes, Leadership Delaware and Incorporate.com will host ShakesBeer at Buckley Tavern on Kennett Pike in Centreville.
The after-work event on Thursday August 24 will feature guest bartenders including Delaware Shakespeare board members Matt Sullivan and Leadership Delaware alum Matt Wilson, plus DelShakes actors and others who will all be collecting tips for DelShakes.
In addition to the popular Delaware Shakespeare Festival every summer in Rockford Park, the organization runs educational and outreach programs, including The Bridge, a Shakespeare-based education program for at-risk youth in Delaware.
Check the Facebook event page for more info.
