Lititz, Pa.-based Listrak — makers of a cloud-based marketing platform for retail companies such as Oscar de la Renta and Nikon — will open a satellite office in Wayne as it looks to tap Philly-area tech talent.

The company, cofounded in 1999 by father-son duo Howard and Ross Kramer, employs 300 staffers out of its 93,000 square-foot headquarters and a West Coast office in Newport Beach, Calif. The new location, a 3,800-square-foot office in the Valley Forge Office Center, will add another 25 employees to Listrak’s roster.

“The decision to expand into the Philadelphia market is a logical step in our growth and recruitment strategy,” said CEO Ross Kramer in a statement. “King of Prussia and the surrounding region provides a dynamic business environment, as well as an amazing group of top universities and established technology companies. This location will allow us to further expand our staffing and capabilities in data analytics, strategy services and account management, increase our ability to service future markets, and keep delivering results for our current clients.”

The firm said it had doubled its staff between 2013 and 2017, citing demand for its ecommerce solutions and data analytics services among a client list of around 1,000 retailers. Listrak reports 2017 revenues of $52.7 million.

Listrak will find some familiar neighbors scattered along the storied Route 202 in Chester County. Financial services giant Vanguard, auto parts ecommerce company Turn5, customer engagement firm LiquidHub, sensor and connectivity company TE Connectivity and IT services firm Evolve IP are all within minutes of each other.
