Knowtorious: Wharton MBAs launch trivia app

Founders Eduardo Mestre and Zachary Dennett hope to partner with brands in order to offer brand-based trivia, like whiskey trivia sponsored by Maker's Mark.

Quizzo addicts can compete anytime with Knowtorious, a new iOS app from recent Wharton MBA graduates.

Knowtorious lets users compete against friends or strangers in various trivia categories.

Founders Eduardo Mestre and Zachary Dennett hope to partner with brands in order to offer brand-based trivia, like whiskey trivia sponsored by Maker’s Mark.

Mestre, 28, grew up in Manhattan and went to Duke University. He previously taught high school in Shanghai and worked in management consulting in New York City. He moved to New York City after graduating from Wharton to be closer to his family and his fiancee.
