When tech staffing firm Interactive Recruiting Consultants moved from working remotely to Indy Hall in April, its Philadelphia clientele grew. But that wasn’t the main reason for the move — the Old City coworking space’s community was, said IRC founder Adam Heagy.
“It gives us a great edge that that other agencies can’t match or duplicate,” he said, speaking of being surrounded by tech and creative professionals.
Founded in May 2012, IRC connects developers, creative directors, SEO professionals and more with about 20 tech companies in the region, including Eight Eleven, Poptent and Stuzo. The team of three also provides digital branding, job offer letters and employee orientations, as Flying Kite noted.
Heagy, who previously worked at a large staffing agency, lives in Sewell, N.J.
