Mailstrom, the e-mail organizing web app developed by Canton-based 410 Labs, has undergone several programming and design updates since Technically Baltimore first reported on the tool in July 2012.
Using Mailstrom, Lifehacker’s Adam Dachis reduced the number of unread e-mails in his inbox from 1,000 “to about 50,” he said, in just about an hour’s worth of work. (Inbox Zero is something Technically takes quite seriously, as co-founder Christopher Wink has said.)
Since the Lifehacker article on Feb. 13 (the site republished the piece on Feb. 18), Mailstrom has “grown by about 200 percent,” said 410 Labs’ cofounder Dave Troy in a post on the Baltimore Tech Facebook group.
